On Wednesday the 9th of July 2025, Bluebox York opened its doors for a special midweek celebration, Chris Masiak’s Birthday Bash, marking a night packed with deep, groovy energy and familiar faces from across York’s house scene.
Supported by a stellar lineup featuring Dave Brandon, DALBY (representing Storm Events), and Joe Mullen from In The Booth, the night was all about minimal and deep tech house powering through Bluebox’s signature sound system.
Despite being a weekday, the atmosphere was electric, a true reflection of the York underground community’s love for music. The crowd brought warmth and energy, turning what could’ve been a quiet midweek into a proper celebration.
