On May 9th, 2025, two powerhouse promoters: Storm Events and Radiate, went head-to-head at Bluebox, York for Face Off, an explosive night of high energy club culture and cutting edge sound.
The lineup featured a stacked roster including DALBY B2B BEZZA, Roya B, Flowers, and more, each bringing their unique sound and stage energy to an absolutely packed dance floor.
Pulsing strobes, deep basslines, and a crowd that didn’t stop moving created the perfect storm (literally) for a night of minimal, house, and garage sounds.
Visually, the event mixed shadow and light, vivid reds, icy blues, and haze cutting through the Funktion One system’s glow, capturing every hand in the air and every drop that landed just right.
This set showcases the raw energy, technical craft, and intensity that make Bluebox one of York’s best club spaces, and Face Off one of the standout nights of 2025 so far.
